  • But problem now is with shoe pads, as theyre screwed with 3 bolts(they get loose as soon as i jump for first time and makes noises and otherthing:
My new stilts did that on weekend and the screw snapped off. I replaced them and use glue so they will not move.

It is a little hard to following what you are saying ( photo's speak a 1000 words ).

You should always wear a good fitting shoe, if you need a " Booster pad " under you foot it need rip on both top and bottom.

If it slips out maybe a you could use a glue ( NOT super glue ) or double sided sticky tape to hold it on the metal plate.

The straps on your foot should be as tight can get them but not painful, soft top shoe are not very good to wear. The straps buckles should be on top or on the out side of each foot and if it can not be tight you need a "Booster Pad under your shoe.

  • Hello. its like 5th hour on stilts(yeah, too much work and so less time to practice)  So i have like and our a day to get out and jump a bit. Sometimes legs hurt like hell in first 10 mins sometimes i dont feel anything at all and can walk/jump without any discomfort.

But problem now is with shoe pads, as theyre screwed with 3 bolts(they get loose as soon as i jump for first time and makes noises and otherthing: when i tighten bindings with straight foot in center of pad, start to jump a bit and always end up with toes inside of bock and end of the leg outside on the pad... so its for left leg-toes right side and other side left from the bock. Blah i realise that my english is too poor to expl;ain properly :D

Anyways, anyone of you use any anti sliping material on aluminum pads... something like onskate boards??
Right leg most of the time dont feel any discomfort even wrong angled, but left leg(as weak one) isnt comfortable, so when i place all weight on left leg, or when i jump on it my leg isnt always goin down straight but shake, so movement would be like cuff with ankle goes straight down but shoe part bounce out side.... something like walking of high heels... only problem that heels aint tight in shoe.

Hope someone will understand what i mean and can give me some tips to avoid that.

And i use bocks so my straps go out side.
