  • Oh wow, what a beautiful flip!!!
After 2 years of Kangoo Jumps I decided to add another 30 cm to my height. One of the best decisions I've ever made!

  • That's awesome, I do similar stalled out fronts on trampolines, idk if i'd ever try it on bocks, it looks sick, i'd like to see a shot in normal speed instead of slow mo, maybe even side by side with someone doing a normal front.

245 without the flip does not get published, but jumped over 2.5 meters flips =)

I've been thinking about this video all day and workout out how they could gain over 10cm in height.
If you watch the video they are clearing the bar with the whole of their body above the bar, when they need only need to get over it !

This would be tricky to do on stilts because you need to land on your hoofs. If you tried it on stilts you would need to do a sideways backflip, I believe some can do them so maybe someone could try a "Fosbury power bock backflip flop" or " Back flip flop ", you my need to kick your legs to get over.
There is a veraition that would probably be easier to master which would a front flip and curl around the bar, which means going around the bar without touching it ( a trick in it's self ? ).

My point being instead of lifting everything over the bar you only the small part over bar at anyone time. So maybe now we know power bockers can reach 2.6 maybe with my idea of high jumping THREE METERS is possible !

You proved my point and if it's not you sometime soon using this method WILL jump over 3 meters.
